Common issues
Generation failed
Try again with a clearer face photo. Make sure your internet connection is stable.
Downloaded photo not visible
Check your phone gallery permissions. Some Android devices show saved images under Recents or Downloads.
Delete account
Open Otherlife, go to Account, scroll to Danger Zone, type DELETE, and confirm deletion.
Report unsafe result
Open a generated result from My Lives and tap Report Result.
