1. Acceptance
By using Otherlife, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What Otherlife provides
Otherlife provides AI-generated portrait experiences based on user-uploaded photos and selected templates. Results are generated by AI and may not be accurate, realistic, or suitable for every use.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login information secure. You may delete your account from the Account page inside the app.
4. User content and permissions
You must only upload photos you own or have permission to use. You give Otherlife permission to process uploaded photos, prompts, and related content only as needed to provide the generation service, display your results, maintain your account, and operate the app.
5. AI-generated output
AI-generated results may contain errors, distortions, unexpected details, or inaccurate likeness. Otherlife is for entertainment and creative use only. Do not use generated images for identity documents, fraud, deception, impersonation, official verification, or misleading representation.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use Otherlife to create illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, exploitative, non-consensual, deceptive, or harmful content. You may not upload another person’s image without consent.
7. Credits
Credits are used to create generations inside the app. Free credits, promotional credits, and future paid credits may be subject to limits, changes, or expiration rules shown in the app.
8. Content moderation
We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or delete accounts if we believe the app is being abused or used in violation of these terms.
9. Reports
Users can report generated results inside the app. Reports may be reviewed to improve safety, moderation, and service quality.
10. Service changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time, including templates, credit rules, features, and AI providers.
11. Disclaimer
Otherlife is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect results, or that generated images will meet every expectation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Otherlife is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
